• people and machines are capable of quick change, offering a flexible approach to ensure that schedules are respected
• on production lines, each team is fully responsible for the project, including preparing and setting up the filling machines, monitoring quality upstream and downstream, controlling costs and waste
• specialized logistic teams for better efficiency
• specialized technical team in charge of the machinery maintenance, tools adaptations, moulds and templates, ...

We believe that rules and procedures are key in our daily business.

To be compliant with Good Manufacturing Practises, our staff is perfectly trained and aware of the latest rules: appropriate shoes, gloves, glasses & clothing for hygienic reasons, cleaning and disinfection of machinery and work spaces, …and, last but not least, safety.
